Virtual Assistant – Operations & Tier 1 Tech Support (Real Estate Business) • About Us We are a growing, systems-driven real estate business operating across multiple markets. Our team relies heavily on technology, automation, and clean data to run efficiently. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and act as Tier 1 technical support for our internal tools and workflows. This role is critical to keeping our systems running smoothly and helping the team resolve issues quickly. • Role Overview As our Operations & Tech Support VA, you will be the first line of support when something breaks, doesn’t sync, or needs cleanup. You’ll assist with CRM data, troubleshoot common issues, and help maintain clean, accurate systems across our tech stack. You do not need to be a software engineer — but you do need to be comfortable working with systems, logic, and data. • Primary Responsibilities Tier 1 Tech Support Act as first point of contact for system issues (CRM, phone systems, email, automations) Troubleshoot common issues before escalating Identify patterns in recurring issues and document solutions Communicate clearly with internal team members • CRM & Systems Support Support daily operations within Salesforce Data cleanup Field updates Record corrections Basic reporting assistance Assist with integrations and automations using Zapier Support phone systems (CloudTalk, Dialpad) Support email marketing tools (Mailchimp) Support Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs) Data Management & Google Sheets Clean, organize, and manipulate data in Google Sheets • Use: Lookups (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) Filters Conditional formatting Basic formulas Prepare data for import/export between systems Validate data accuracy and consistency Documentation & Process Support Follow SOPs and suggest improvements Document fixes and repeatable processes Help keep internal knowledge base up to date Required Skills & Experience • Must Have Strong experience with Google Sheets Lookups Data cleanup Logical thinking with formulas Comfortable learning and working inside Salesforce Experience with at least some of: Zapier Mailchimp CloudTalk or Dialpad Google Workspace Strong attention to detail Clear written communication Ability to troubleshoot logically and independently • Nice to Have (Not Required) Previous experience supporting a CRM Real estate industry experience Experience working with automations or integrations Basic understanding of databases or data relationships • What This Role Is NOT Not cold calling Not sales Not social media management Not graphic design This is an operations + systems support role. • Work Details Remote Full time Hours to be discussed (some overlap with U.S. business hours preferred) Long-term opportunity for the right person • How to Apply Please include: A brief summary of your experience with Google Sheets Your experience with CRMs (Salesforce if applicable) Any tools listed above you’ve worked with An example of a technical or data problem you’ve helped solve Apply tot his job
