Virtual GA Family Law & Personal Injury Paralegal
We are looking for a fully remote experienced GA family law and/or personal injury paralegal with strong writing and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of recent GA experience handling family and/or personal injury matters from start to finish including but not limited to drafting/propounding discovery, drafting and responding to motions and other pleadings, research, document reviews, etc. We have about 20-40 billable hours per week to increase quickly.We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and able to pick up new software quickly. • Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions is also huge plus. • While this is a contract position, candidates must have some availability to work during normal business hours and respond to client requests/inquiries within the same day. • Must be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and able to jump in right away to work on projects. • We also need paralegals who know how to handle multiple projects and personalities at once.• While we can train on systems and software, we do not have time to train on litigation basicsGreat opportunity to work with interesting clients and a strong, close-knit paralegal team.
