Organization: MercorPosition: Visual DesignersReferral Partner: Crossing HurdlesType: Hourly ContractCompensation: $50–$70/hourLocation: RemoteDuration: 1–2 months minimum, with potential extensionCommitment: 10–40 hours/weekRole Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)• Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions to train AI in graphic and UI design workflows.• Ensure each prompt and response accurately reflects real-world visual design processes and standards. • Collaborate on simulating multi-modal design workflows, specifically excluding UX design tasks. • Maintain clear communication and strong attention to detail throughout all tasks. Ideal Qualifications• Strong experience in graphic or UI design. • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, creative aesthetics, and quality of work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI prompting is a plus.
