VP, Human Resources
Job Description:• Lead all people aspects of M&A: run HR due diligence, evaluate talent risks and opportunities, design compensation and retention strategies, and execute seamless integration that blends cultures and sustains performance. • Drive and sustain a remote-first culture, ensuring employees across geographies are engaged, accountable, and high-performing. • Champion a performance-based culture: design systems to measure, top-grade, and continually improve individual, team, and organizational performance.• Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape company direction through people strategies. • Act as a trusted sounding board, offering candid feedback and solutions to complex business and talent challenges. • Assess and implement systems to measure and improve performance at individual, team, and company levels. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure talent strategies enable each function’s success. • Drive Learning & Development best practices in leadership, productivity, soft skills, and compliance.• Manage Benefits Administration: medical, dental, vision, 401k, STD, LTD, etc. • Manage employment law compliance for US and international W2s & 1099s. • Bring strong financial acumen to link people strategies with P&L, profitability, and valuation.
