Webflow Lead & Marketing Operations Manager for Marketing Agency (Full-Time, EST)
We are hiring a hands-on, senior Webflow Lead & Marketing Operations Manager who can personally build high-conversion landing pages, create performance-focused ad creatives, produce AI-driven videos, and manage ad setup + marketing operations. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term contract for someone seeking stability, ownership, and the opportunity to grow within one agency. This is a hands-on execution role — not management only. Responsibilities• Build complete Webflow landing pages (copy → design → development → QA → launch)• Write conversion-focused copy (headlines, CTAs, value propositions)• Create expert-level AI videos (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut, etc.)• Design ad creatives, carousels, and social graphics• Set up and manage Meta and/or LinkedIn ads (tracking, targeting, creative testing)• Run email campaigns and outreach sequences• Lead client calls, present funnels, and deliver updates• Set up GA4, pixels, UTMs, and event tracking• Optimize funnels using performance insightsRequirements• 5+ years hands-on Webflow development — portfolio required• Strong UI/UX and conversion-focused design skills• Excellent copywriting for landing pages and ads• Expert-level AI video creation (samples required)• Experience producing ad creatives for Meta/LinkedIn• Ability to set up and optimize ads on Meta or LinkedIn• Strong analytics knowledge (GA4, pixels, UTMs)Confident communicator, comfortable with client-facing workExtremely independent — able to execute with minimal oversightFull-time availability aligned with EST time zone.(Required)Please include:• 3–5 Webflow landing pages you personally built• Copywriting samples (landing pages or ads)• AI videos/videos examples (ads, reels, short-form videos)• Ad creatives or carousel graphics you designed• A short note explaining your independence, EST availability, and why you're a strong fitApplications missing any required items will not be considered.
