Job Summary Chewy is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience Agents to join our growing remote support team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service through high-volume chat and email interactions. You will help pet parents with inquiries related to orders, products, accounts, and services while embodying Chewys commitment to empathy, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced digital support environment.
