This is an exciting new initiative where our customer is mirroring Silicon Valley processes and capabilities to quickly deploy new capabilities. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients. The National Background Investigation Service (NBIS) to support the NBIS Cloud and DevSecOps modernization efforts. Requirements: 8+ years of overall experience Agile Coaching: Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Mentor teams to improve collaboration, productivity, and delivery outcomes. Provide training and workshops to enhance agile maturity across the organization. Release Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the release lifecycle for software and system updates. Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Manage dependencies, risks, and issues related to releases. Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment with program milestones and objectives. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and identify dependencies and potential issues Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams, program leadership, and external stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, and challenges effectively to ensure transparency and alignment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to DCSA program requirements, security protocols, and government regulations. Maintain documentation and reporting to meet audit and compliance standards. Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure agile adoption and release success. Provide regular updates and reports to program leadership and stakeholders.
