Key responsibilities include the following:• Help advise clients on AI-related laws, regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines, including the EU AI Act, U.S. AI laws, automated decision-making laws, and more. • Help draft, review, and negotiate contracts involving AI technologies and services. • Support clients in building internal AI governance policies and ethical use frameworks.• Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments related to AI. • Collaborate with data privacy and intellectual property attorneys. • Contribute to thought leadership, including articles, webinars, and client alerts. Qualifications:• 6+ years of law firm experience & ability to supervise junior attorneys and staff• Familiarity with data privacy regulations as they relate to AI• Experience in IP law (particularly copyright or patent drafting for AI technologies) & Privacy Law• Background in computer science or engineeringInterested in hearing more?Easy by clicking the "" button.
