Summary of theRole:This is a full-time position, working within an Analyst team. TheSenior Analyst will manage the marketing process, prepare analyses presentations and provide general support to more senior team members.While in this role, the Analyst should be developing relationships with broker partners and carriers and working proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clients. Gathering necessary marketing materials needed for a clean quote submission from our broker partners. Prepare RFP and send to carriers, using appropriate tools such as Excel or other rating enginesOrganizing all data into a marketing analysis formatProvide broker partners with a recommendation driven by RFP analysisEnsure all client data is entered into Smartsheet in a timely manner and that documents are stored appropriately in file systemStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsCollege degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience or high school diploma with at least 10 years of group benefits experience.We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more.
