Required Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping people. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in technology. Adept at multitasking and handling customer inquiries efficiently. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
