We are looking for:• Experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.• Within this experience, at least it should involve working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions. Technical Skills:Frameworks & Libraries:• Python-based AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, bolthires ADK. • Experience delivering analytical projects using one of the following:• AWS: SageMaker, bolthires, Forecast, Rekognition, BedrockAlgorithms & Concepts:• Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including:Other Skills:• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.• Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies. • Professional working proficiency in English. Working Conditions:• Location:Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków. • Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves occasional on-site collaboration.
