Associate Director, Content & Training Operations, Responsible AI Program
About the positionResponsibilities• Design and implement a strategic training and communications roadmap to support Responsible AI literacy and compliance across business units• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Communications to ensure alignment and integration of RAI content into enterprise learning platforms• Develop audience-specific, just-in-time learning materials that are accessible, engaging, and aligned with regulatory and internal policy requirements• Lead the creation of internal communications campaigns to promote awareness and adoption of Responsible AI practices• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback, metrics, and evolving industry standards• Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on Responsible AI training and communication best practices• Represent the RAI Program in internal forums and working groups focused on AI risk, compliance, and innovation enablementRequirements• 8+ years of experience in training, communications, or change management, preferably in a regulated industry• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide training programs• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders• Solid understanding of AI governance, compliance, or digital ethics• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable contentNice-to-haves• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a compliance, risk, or governance function• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries• Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams• Understanding of AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OECD Principles, EU AI Act)• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content platformsBenefits• Comprehensive benefits package• Incentive and recognition programs• Equity stock purchase• 401k contribution Apply tot his job
