Associate GDCM Sales Systems Coordinator
About the positionResponsibilities• Generate property-specific implementation plans and documents per defined processes. • Conduct property kick-off calls and business consultations for limited and focused hotels. • Provide guidance for configuration and training based on analysis of current system usage and BCS. • Assist the hotel in completing System Configuration workbooks and validate information. • Coordinate and communicate implementation dates with hotels and vendors. • Lead kick-off meetings and system overviews with relevant hotel contacts and vendors.• Implement Delphi.fdc and related integrations.
