Associate Identity Operations Analyst
Job Description: • Assist in executing basic identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding and offboarding tasks • Assist in the execution, and delivery of clinical projects according to established timelines and quality standards • Help process routine identity-related service requests • Learn and support basic automation workflows • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for identity-related processes • Help compile operational metrics and reports • Learn and follow security policies and compliance requirements • Assist with routine access reviews under supervision • Help maintain basic audit documentation • Learn to identify and report identity-related security incidents • Learn from and support mid and senior team members • Participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions • Handle basic technical support tickets for identity management issues Requirements: • 1 or more years of experience in IT, preferably with some exposure to identity and access management • Basic understanding of IT security concepts • Familiarity with common office software and tools • Strong attention to detail • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Internship experience in IT or security operations preferred • Basic knowledge of IAM concepts preferred • Basic knowledge of healthcare or clinical access preferred • Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory) preferred • Basic scripting or automation knowledge preferred Benefits: • Career development opportunities • Reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities • Equal employment opportunity for all applicants Apply tot his job
