Associate, Private Equity, Funds & Co-Investments Group (Summer 2026 Start)

The GIC Private Equity team deploys capital leveraging its long investment horizon, global presence, and sector expertise. The Funds & Co-Investments Group (FCG) is a significant player in private equity, focusing on identifying and investing with leading private equity funds and selective co-investments alongside GIC PE's fund managers. The team maintains over 50 active relationships with fund managers and has co-invested in hundreds of companies. Responsibilities • Work as a key member of small deal teams to assess and execute private equity fund investments and co-investments across various strategies and industries • Present and defend investment proposals to Investment Committees • Help monitor and maintain relationships with existing managers and source potential new fund managers • Represent GIC at fund managers' annual investor meetings and participate in meetings with the leaders of PE firms and the management teams of prospective co-investments • Work on special projects typically related to strategy, portfolio planning and portfolio construction Requirements • BA/BS with strong academic qualifications • At least 1 year of work experience at a leading investment bank, consulting firm or in the Private Equity industry • Ideally some exposure to the Private Equity industry • Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills • Strong commercial judgment • A team-player, with maturity, integrity and the ability to engage with senior counterparties • Strong written and oral communication skills • Well-organised, hard-working, self-starter, with an ability to work independently Benefits • Competitive compensation package • Base salary range between $135,000 and $175,100 • Performance-based bonuses • Flexible work arrangements allowing work from home • Vibrant office environment for professional growth and collaboration Apply tot his job
