Offered salary is dependent on experience and San Francisco location. SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager to play a central role on our Digital team, driving the creation of exceptional digital experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing diverse initiatives within the e-commerce and digital innovation landscape.This individual will collaborate closely with product team members, external development partners, vendors, and agencies, as well as internal creative, brand, and marketing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The Product Manager will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to optimize the customer journey, driving increased engagement, conversion, brand loyalty, and revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITIES• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall digital strategy for Kendo's e-commerce sites.• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to support the digital customer strategy across all Kendo brands. • Develop comprehensive business cases, conduct in-depth customer journey analysis, and define detailed product requirements to support the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to translate approved roadmap initiatives into well-defined requirements and actionable sprints, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to conduct thorough market analysis, research competitive products, and gather customer feedback to inform business case development and prioritization.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to advocate for the customer, define… Apply tot his job
