Attorney Partnerships & Referral Coordinator (Remote, Part-Time)

Laukaitis Law LLC is a nationwide plaintiff-side class action law firm representing consumers in complex matters including data breach, consumer protection, and deceptive practices. We are building a long-term referral network of law firms that do not handle class actions but regularly encounter potential class-wide issues in their practices. We are seeking a Attorney Partnerships & Referral Coordinator to help us develop and maintain these professional relationships. This is not a sales role and does not involve client intake, legal advice, or case evaluation. There is long-term growth potential as the firm continues to expand. What You’ll Do • Identify and outreach to law firms that may encounter potential class action issues • Build professional, long-term relationships with attorneys and firm decision-makers • Explain our firm’s role as class action co-counsel or referral counsel at a high level • Maintain organized records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups • Coordinate internally with our legal team when referral opportunities arise • Follow clear outreach guidelines and ethical boundaries What This Role Is Not • Not cold-calling consumers • Not client intake or lead qualification • Not providing legal opinions What We’re Looking For • Experience in legal marketing, partnerships, or professional outreach • Comfort communicating with attorneys and law firm staff via phone, video, or in writing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, consistent, and professional follow-up habits • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Details • Part-time, contract role • Fully remote • Flexible scheduling To apply: Please submit your resume and a brief note explaining your experience working with law firms or professional partnerships.
