Job Summary and Key Responsibilities As a Cargo Agent (Customer Service Agent) at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting directly with clients in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise Booking and coordinating freight shipments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete Working closely with our operations team to ensure that freight is shipped on time, safely, and efficiently Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services Collaborating with our team to achieve our business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement As a section-level client assistance specialist position, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced managers who will provide mentorship and support to help you advance your career. You will work a variety of shifts, including early morning to late evening, and will be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on the needs of our business.
