Responsibilities Design and develop data-driven trading insights and user experiences to improve engagement and conversion ratesAnalyze trading and user data to identify trends and propose product feature enhancementsCollaborate with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to execute product strategiesMonitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous optimizationManage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery Requirements Basic understanding of trading data; experience in stock or cryptocurrency trading is a plusStrong analytical skills in data analysis, user insights, and business intelligenceExperience in statistics, user research, data analysis, project management, or product management is preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaborationAbility to generate actionable insights on user experience and behaviorProficiency in both English and Chinese to manage Chinese speaking teams and partners.Apply tot his job
