Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled bolthires Accounting Analyst within our Global Business Services (GBS). This role will be responsible for performing inventory accounting, conducting bolthires analyses, and determining key bolthires drivers. Accountabilities Conduct comprehensive accounting for assets, meticulously identifying and analyzing reasons for changes in value Study and evaluate expenses that are directly associated with products, performing in-depth analyses of the bolthires of sales related to manufacturing processes Identify differences between forecasted and actual costing by thoroughly reviewing variance trends, enabling proactive measures to maintain control over business operations and financial performance Calculate and analyze bolthires drivers in detail to enhance understanding of financial performance, providing insights that support strategic planning and resource allocation Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory accounting, investigating and explaining various factors that influence value changes Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate bolthires allocation and reporting across departments Adhere to regulatory standards and company policies in bolthires accounting activities Qualifications and Experience Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in bolthires Accounting Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment Strong analytical and communication skills Fast learner of technology and coachable Preferred: Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant designation Technical Skills and Knowledge Essential: Proficiency with bolthires Office Suite Familiarity with financial software and Oracle Solid understanding of bolthires accounting processes and best practices Languages Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is required.Portuguese is a plus. Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
