Brand Strategy Consultant Needed for Comprehensive Brand Audit (DTC / Luxury Design Brand)

We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategy Consultant to conduct a comprehensive brand audit of a luxury design-driven DTC home brand. This project is strictly focused on evaluation and strategic insight not execution. The goal is to assess the cohesiveness, clarity, and effectiveness of our brand across all customer touchpoints and deliver a clear, actionable report. We are looking for someone who can think like an external Head of Brand and provide objective, high-level feedback. You will evaluate and assess: - Brand Strategy & Positioning - Brand positioning and differentiation - Core brand narrative and messaging - Alignment between stated values and customer-facing execution - Competitive context within DTC and design-forward brands - Customer Touchpoints Audit - Website (UX, messaging, tone, flow) - Product presentation and storytelling - Email marketing and automated flows - Social media presence - Paid ads - Cohesiveness & Consistency - Visual identity consistency - Voice and tone alignment - Identification of gaps, friction points, or mixed signals Deliverables A written Brand Audit Report including: - Key findings and insights - Strengths and weaknesses - Gaps and inconsistencies - Strategic recommendations - A prioritized action plan (what to fix first, what can wait) - 60 minute review call to walk through findings Ideal Candidate 7+ years experience in brand strategy, brand consulting, or creative strategy Experience working with DTC brands, preferably in home, interiors, or premium consumer goods Able to think strategically, not just visually Comfortable delivering candid, constructive feedback Can provide examples of past brand audits or strategy work Apply tot his job
