With roots in technology all the way to 1988, RDA provides consulting expertise in Cloud and Application Modernization and E-commerce. This is a regular W2 employment position which will provide the ability to work from a home office within the US (Eastern or Central Time Zones). No third parties please. Business AnalystResponsibilities:• Performs Agile Business Analyst functions for commercial clients with a focus on enterprise custom software development projects (SDLC) and digital transformation projects involving Content Management System (CMS) implementations• Identifies key stakeholders to gather project requirements via discovery sessions to document needs, evaluate alternate business solutions and conduct gap analysis• Evaluates user workflows and anticipates requirements while uncovering areas for improvement• Translates high-level objectives into detailed user stories, BRD documents, system requirements and functional specs that are testable and measurable• Develops and maintains product backlog, uses cases and software defects in tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira• Utilizes exceptional communication and client management skills to help build trusted partnerships with external stakeholders, keep project deliverables within scope and enhance software adoption• Embraces Agile Scrum development environment, actively participating in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetingsBusiness Analyst Requirements:• Minimum of 5+ years as a Business Analyst working with stakeholders, a technical PM, Developers and an Architect on website enhancements or custom builds• Experience as a consultant and/or with DXP/Content Management Systems required (Sitecore, Optimizely, AEM, etc.Sitecore helpful)• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Certified Scrum Master helpful• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency requiredBusiness AnalystBenefits:• Total compensation potential of $105-157K, including base salary of $90-135K. • Remote work privileges (position may involve minimal travel post-pandemic, approximately 5-10%)• Certification bonuses and training• Generous PTO and holiday pay• Comprehensive BCBS medical with FSA, dental, vision, life and disability insurance programsto meet our team virtually and learn more about how RDA won its official 2022 Great Place to Work Award and boasts more than a 10-year average tenure amongst its staff.Powered by JazzHRExpected salary: $105000 - 157000 per yearLocation: Timonium, MDJob date: Fri, 19 Aug 2022 03:52:57 GMTApply for the job now!
