CFO — Services & Technology Company
The Role: Fractional CFO to build and manage financial operations. You'll report directly to the founders. Expected commitment is 15–20 hours per week. Remote Responsibilities: -Implement accounting systems, controls, and monthly close processes - Build financial reporting, models, and forecasts - Oversee bookkeeping, AP/AR, and payroll - Manage external tax and audit relationships - Optimize cost structure across distributed teams - Hire and manage finance staff or outsourced providers as needed Qualifications: CPA required Big 4 public accounting experience required (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) 8+ years finance leadership Hands-on — comfortable building, not just overseeing Experience with offshore/distributed team structures Skills: Financial Strategy, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Financial Statements, Financial Planning, Financial Systems, Business Administration About the Company: Rhealthnyc LLC Established company with domestic and offshore operations seeking part-time financial leadership.
