Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COO/CFO to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of maternal healthcare and building a successful company that makes a real difference in the lives of women and families.Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, managing accounting firm/bookkeeping, and fundraising. - Operations: Develop and implement go-to market strategy and operational framework to optimize efficiency, scalability, and growth. - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives. - Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors and support fundraising efforts.- Team Leadership: Build and manage high-performing operations and finance teams. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicableregulations and manage financial and operational risks. - Vendor Management: Identify and manage accountant, banking, and payroll, etc. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in a COO/CFO or similar role, preferably in a startup environment. - Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Proven track record of operational excellence and process improvement. - Experience with fundraising and investor relations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Passion for Wombs' mission and commitment to improving maternal healthcare.
