Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Financial Services Portfolio

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for its Financial Services Portfolio. The successful candidate will be a visionary and action-oriented leader, responsible for driving technological growth across a portfolio of customers in the financial services industry. This pivotal role involves serving as the technological thought leader and trusted partner, leading strategic technology decisions, and managing the P&L for the assigned customer portfolio. The CTO will work closely with customers to understand their needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of technology strategies.A deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, particularly in the AWS ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving technological innovation in customer management roles are essential. Applicants for the CTO position should have a minimum of 20 years' experience in technology and consulting services, with at least 10 years in the financial services industry. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in areas such as banking, fintech, insurance, investment, or mortgage, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in P&L management, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for cloud technologies are also key qualifications.
