Clinical Systems Analyst III – Cupid, Radiant
Job Description:• Lead and manage projects involving design, development, testing, and implementation of automated systems. • Assist with planning, estimating, and improving systems. • Identify training needs for users and team members. • Suggest both automated and manual solutions to improve system performance. • Coordinate on-site systems administration and support activities. • Interact with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design. • Coordinate and conduct education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed.• Develop end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information. • Assist with system build, data validation and system testing. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in related field with five years of hospital or major medical center clinical experience or three years of recent experience implementing and supporting a major clinical information system OR High School Diploma and 8 years of experience OR Associate’s degree and seven years of experience, OR Masters degree and 4 years of experience• License in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, medical technology or EMT• ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, problem solving and relationship building skills• Cupid or Radiant certification is requiredBenefits:• Health insurance• 401(k) matching• Flexible work hours• Paid time off• Remote work options Apply tot his job
