Collaborating Physician ( MD/DO)- Telehealth ( Part-Time/ Remote) NC

Empower IV is a boutique, NP-led telehealth practice serving busy women who want to feel and look their best — through GLP-1 weight loss, virtual labs, and wellness-driven prescriptions. We offer a blend of evidence-based medicine and luxury care, with occasional compounded treatments including hair loss medications, B12 supplements, and peptides. We’re seeking a North Carolina-licensed physician (MD/DO) to serve as our Collaborating Physician in accordance with NC Board of Nursing requirements. This is a low-risk, low-touch opportunity for a provider who supports telehealth and wellness-based care. Position Summary You will sign the Collaborative Practice Agreement and perform a small volume of chart reviews monthly. There is no direct patient care, and you are not expected to write prescriptions — just provide oversight and consultation as needed. Responsibilities • Sign and maintain a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA) • Review ~10% of patient charts monthly (per NC BON guidelines) • Be available by phone/text for rare provider consultations • Support documentation for wellness-based services such as: • GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) • Nutritional supplements (e.g., B12 injections) • Minor compounded prescriptions (e.g., topical hair loss treatments) Requirements • Active North Carolina MD or DO license in good standing • No disciplinary history • Willing to support wellness-based care via telehealth • Ability to commit ~1 hour/month remotely Compensation $200/month flat-rate stipend < 1 hour/month average time commitment Why Join Empower IV? • Woman-owned business with clear structure and low overhead • Organized systems including EMR and protocols • Minimal liability and low patient volume • 100% remote, flexible, and mission-driven Apply today with your resume .
