About the Role: Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist This exciting opportunity is part of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division at arenaflex. As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel, resolving customer problems, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving success and growth in this role. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues in a mutually beneficial manner Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills Answer inquiries regarding general travel information, providing accurate and helpful responses to customers Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising on cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on new rules, policies, and procedures Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems Ability to be resourceful and creative in immediate problem resolution High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability Satisfactory attendance required Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Advanced knowledge of air travel industry regulations and procedures Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Career Growth and Development Opportunities: At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
