WhyThis Role is Important to Us:The Associate, E-Learning Education & Training will be responsible for maintaining CCA’s Learning Management System (LMS) Docebo catalog of modules, student groups, and assignments. This role will also serve as the team technical lead for various project management systems including but not limited to Compliance 360, Smartsheets, and Elsevier. This role will act as an administrator for the LMS and other systems and will field any questions via the support email.They will work to optimize the organization of student groups and modules within the system and provide guidance on any current and future roadblocks. To ensure that CCA eLearning offerings are high-quality and effective, this person will be responsible for reporting evaluation data of modules to incorporate user feedback and collaborate with subject matter experts throughout clinical departments. They will also be responsible for building forms and workflows within Compliance 360 and Smartsheet. This role will also provide expertise in developing modules which will include multimedia segments to engage the user which will require expertise in AV production, recording, editing, graphic design, and experience with LMS administration.The Associate position will report to the Program Manager of Clinical Education & Training. Supervision Exercised: NoneWhat You’ll Be Doing:• Under supervision, lead LMS and Elsevier administration; including course development, student group creation, assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting any technical issues• Interacts and collaborates with department leaders and educators to provide best practices in leveraging the learning management system (LMS)• Builds, implements, and monitors profiles, forms, and workflows within Compliance 360 and Smartsheet to leverage their project management capabilities for purposes of tracking departmental project deadlines and statuses, clinicians’ annual educational certifications, and more• Independently and with supervision, provide regulatory reporting data to CCA stakeholders• Synthesize and incorporate user feedback from evaluations• Actively monitors eLearning modules’ review dates including but not limited to communication with the subject matter experts (SMEs) about timelines and incorporating changes as determined by SMEs.• Work cross-functionally with LMS users to ensure staff are receiving adequate training determined by regulatory and contractual requirements or by CCA Leadership. • Collaborate with other LMS administrators within CCA and act as the main point of contact with the Docebo, Elsevier, and SAI Global (Compliance 360) representatives• Serve as lead resource for systems support email inbox• Coordinate among teammates and Subject Mater Experts to ensure modules are built accurately and in a timely manner and maintain tracking on Compliance 360 and the eLearning Production Smartsheet• Develop SCORM using Articulate Storyline 360• Support clinical leadership with presentation development using bolthires PowerPoint as necessary• Graphic Design and Video Production using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite• Learn new production tools or project management systems as appropriate• Effectively prioritize multiple projects and communicate ongoing production status updates to project team, including any predictable barriers impacting timely completion of deliverables• Work in a team setting and also perform independently with the ability to problem-solve complex problems• Ensure CCA’s online education program provides top-notch clinical training that meets all contractual and best-practice guidelines• Adhere to all applicable compliance requirements and CCA Code of ConductSecondary Job Responsibilities• Track new hires being onboarded and update Clinical Education & Training distribution lists for announcements, educational invites, and quick tips.• Work closely with other departments developing training to provide expertise on design standards and best practices when developing and deploying online training• Coordinate, facilitate, and provide technical support for webinar activities• Research, test, pilot, and launch any newly discovered education technology• Train team members and other staff as needed on new technology — including conferencing applications, LMS use, project management systems, and other education or multimedia applicationsWorking Conditions :Fully remote with opportunity for office workWhat We’re Looking For:Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience• 3-5 years’ experience as an LMS Administrator, Docebo experience preferred• 3-5 years’ experience working with project management systems (Smartsheet, Compliance 360, or similar)• 3-5 years’ experience developing eLearning modules• Proficiency with Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, bolthires Office, Learning Management Systems, Project Management Systems, Data Reporting, and Project Coordination• Windows 10• Demonstrate good working relationships with creative teams and clinicians• Understand bolthires audiences• Proficiency in production workflow• Excellent organizational and tracking skills• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize requests and workload for maximum impact and efficiency• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior management to provide updates and insight into best practices for ongoing priorities• Detail-oriented and takes pride in work• Ability to self-motivate and innovate to problem-solve complex problems• Prioritize multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines• Process feedback effectively and adjust to provide high-quality products within project timelines• English required• Audio/Video recording equipmentEEO isThe LawEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledPlease note employment with CCA is contingent upon acceptable professional references, a background check (including Mass CORI, employment, education, criminal check, and driving record, (if applicable)), an OIG Report and verification of a valid MA/RN license (if applicable).Commonwealth Care Alliance is an equal opportunity employer.
