Contract Attorney for Licensing and Media Rights Agreement Review (looking for fixed price please)

Remote Full-time
We are looking for an experienced U.S. contract attorney to audit, revise, and strengthen an existing media rights and licensing agreement. The current draft was produced with AI, which means it may contain inconsistencies, unenforceable provisions, or missing protective mechanisms. We want a lawyer who can do more than clean up language. We need someone who can bolthires structural gaps, clarify rights, and ensure the agreement holds up under U.S. law. The agreement governs a specific scenario: when one of our partners appears on a podcast, livestream, interview, or co-creates content with another creator, we want clear, enforceable rights to require removal, editing, or modification of the published media. What You’ll Do• Review the entire agreement for legal accuracy, clarity, and enforceability under U.S. law. Link:• Identify contradictions, missing definitions, ambiguous terms, and structural issues. • Evaluate whether the “revocable license” mechanism reliably protects takedown rights (which was advised to us as best alternative second to co-owning the co-created content). • Point out potential failure points• Propose stronger legal language or approach if needed to make this enforceable• Provide a revised version of the agreement that closes loopholes and ensures high enforceability.• Flag anything that could expose us to disputes, damages claims, or unenforceable obligations. • Suggest best practices that align with what we are trying to doWhat You Should Bring• Strong background in U.S. contract law with direct experience in media, IP, licensing, or entertainment agreements. • Experience turning AI-generated drafts into real, enforceable contracts. • Precision, skepticism, and a habit of looking for what most people miss. • Ability to revise documents end-to-end, not just annotate them.Deliverables- A redlined version of the current agreement with clear, ready-to-accept edits and comments. So that we can approve changes and get a clean, fully revised agreement draft, polished and ready for signature. - A set of targeted revisions that address inconsistencies, reduce legal risk, and add any missing protections. WhyThis MattersOur brand and partnerships rely heavily on controlling how our appearances are used across platforms. If the contract is weak, we lose leverage. If provisions are unenforceable, we expose ourselves to disputes. We are not looking for a surface-level edit. We want someone who understands how rights actually behave once content is published and who can architect a contract that gives us reliable control. Apply tot his job
