This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to lead the product vision for our ecommerce brand partners. In this role you will own website improvements and a/b testing efforts and work alongside leading CRO experts. You will also get exposure and hands-on working experience with top tier brands and software partners.RESPONSIBILITIESConceive and manage A/B, multivariate, and redirect testing initiatives in tools like Google Optimize or Dynamic YieldAbility to think strategically and collaborate with clients on their short and long-term business objectives and plansAssist department leadership in managing overall CRO program development, including evolving the offering, pre-sales support, margin analysis, etc. Review analytics/data for tests and experiences from Google Analytics and 3rd Party Platform and report findings toSenior StrategistUse analytics to identify new opportunities for testing and improvementsAttend daily scrum calls with the Program Manager, Strategist, and Development to track the progress of current client technical requestsCoordinate deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients (4-6) promptlyUse 3rd party platform to set up, test, and launch experiences as requested by the clientAttend weekly team and client meetingsProfessionalism to be client facingTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVEMinimum 3 years of Optimization / Personalization Party platform experience (Google Optimize, Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target, etc)Analytics Experience (Google and/or Adobe Analytics)Google Suite (sheets, slides, docs, Gmail)Strong time management skillsDigital Marketing Experience is a plusKnowledge of HTML / CSS a plusGravitas with clients and internal stakeholders, ability to lead large meetingsWilling to work 9AM-5PM US CSTFor interested applicants, please apply using this link:Apply tot his job
