This is where creativity meets precision. The RoleWe call this role the "LTV Machine." You are an analyst who executes. You are obsessed with customer data, cohort analysis, and understanding why people buy a second time. You will own the full lifecycle retention program (Email & SMS) for our clients, from deep data analysis to flawless execution.You won't just "send more emails"; you'll build intelligent, data-driven programs designed to increase profit and contribution margin from the existing customer base, working alongside our senior data strategists. What You’ll Do• Deep Data Analysis: Run cohort analyses to find LTV trends. Analyze send data to find opportunities. Answer questions like: "What is the most likely second purchase?" and "What's the optimal time between first and second purchase?"• Data-Driven Strategy: Partner with our data team to translate your analysis into a smart retention strategy.You'll map out the flows, the segments, and the "why" for every message. • Flawless Execution: Build, test, and maintain all email/SMS flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) and campaigns in Klaviyo and SMS platforms (Attentive, Postscript, etc.). • Advanced Segmentation: Go beyond basic segments. You'll build dynamic segments based on purchase behavior, lifecycle stage, and predictive analytics. • Test &; Optimize: Rigorously A/B test everything—subject lines, flow timing, copy, creative, offers—to continuously improve performance.• Reporting & Copywriting: Report on the metrics that matter (LTV, repeat purchase rate, contribution margin) and write compelling, on-brand copy that converts. Who You Are• An Analyst Who Executes: 3-7+ years in retention marketing, but you identify as an analyst first. You love digging into data, running cohort analyses, and finding the "so what."• Klaviyo Power-User: You are a true expert in Klaviyo (or a similar ESP) and a major SMS platform. You can build complex flows from scratch. • Data-Obsessed: You are obsessed with achieving results, not just sending more emails.You know the difference between "open rate" and "contribution margin from existing customers."• A Strong Copywriter: You can write compelling, on-brand copy that feels personal and drives action. • First-Principles Thinker: You don't just copy other brands' flows.
