In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with strong typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases or spreadsheets.• Verify data accuracy and correct errors as needed. • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. • Review and organize documents before data entry. • Generate routine reports and assist with data audits. • Secure information by completing data backups. • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies regarding data handling. RequirementsQualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. • Proven experience in data entry or similar clerical role is a plus, but not required.• Fast typing skills (35–50+ WPM preferred). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
