Our focus is on high-quality work, fast turnarounds, reliability, and a collaborative environment where every team member’s creativity is valued. Position OverviewWe are looking for highly creative, detail-oriented Digital Artists who can create premium visual assets across various formats—digital illustrations, brand artwork, product mockups, environment concepts, interior design visuals, social media creatives, and more.The ideal candidate is someone who understands brand identity, modern aesthetics, color psychology, visual hierarchy, and the demands of digital content creation. You will work closely with the Creative Director and with other members of VM Media’s design, branding, and marketing units to deliver project-ready artwork. Key Responsibilities1. Digital Design & Illustration- Create original artwork, illustrations, digital graphics, and creative compositions. - Produce high-quality digital renders for branding, product design, or environmental concepts.- Develop visual assets for websites, ads, presentations, and client brand kits. - Design brand-aligned artwork for social media campaigns and marketing content. 2. Visual Branding & Identity Support- Translate brand guidelines into cohesive artwork that fits the client’s personality and objectives. - Interpret mood boards, color palettes, reference images, and design briefs accurately. - Assist in the creation of brand materials (icons, elements, backgrounds, textures, layouts). 3. Content Production- Prepare artwork in the right formats for digital publication, printing, or animation workflows.- Build reusable asset libraries for the VM Media digital team. - Support in building presentation-ready design decks when needed. Collaboration & Workflow- Attend scheduled weekly or bi-weekly creative briefings. - Communicate with team leads on progress, deliverable timelines, and revision updates. - Work with brand strategists, interior design visualizers, or media content managers on shared projects. - Participate in the structured team setup as we build the digital arts unit. Required Skills & QualificationsStrong portfolio showcasing digital art, illustration, visual design, or concept artwork.Proficiency in at least two of the following:- Adobe Photoshop- Adobe Illustrator- Procreate / Clip Studio / Corel- Figma- Blender / Cinema4D (bonus)- Canva (for lightweight edits or brand content)- Understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, and modern digital aesthetics. - Ability to work under deadlines with consistent output quality. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow structured briefs. Preferred / Bonus Skills- Experience with interior digital visualization or architectural concept art.- Ability to illustrate characters, product packaging, or environmental scenes. - Basic animation or motion graphics knowledge. - Experience designing brand systems or social media identity kits. - Familiarity with mid-journey prompts, AI art workflows, or hybrid digital processes. Team Setup & Workflow StructureDigital Artists will be part of the newly formed VM Digital Arts Unit, which includes:- Creative Director-Senior Digital Artist / Visual Lead- Brand Designer- Social Media Content Developer- Digital Illustrator(s) & Render Artists- Asset & File Management SupportWeekly Workflow- Mondays: Creative briefing outlining weekly deliverables, timelines, and priorities.- Mid-Week (as needed): Check-ins, updates, or revision rounds. - Fridays: Final submissions and consolidation of completed assets. Project Assignment Process- Tasks assigned through internal boards (Notion/Trello/Slack/Email). - Clear briefs provided with references, dimensions, and deadlines. - Collaborative work encouraged, especially on brand or campaign-related projects.
