YourRole:Our client seeks a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work collaboratively with the Marketing and Communication team and support overall online presence, including maintaining the organization's website, SEO, analytics, and collaborations with internal teams and external vendors.As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in driving web traffic, engaging our bolthires audiences, finding new patients, and ensuring a seamless and informative digital experience for our community. As a team member, you will work in a fast-paced environment that values collaboration, innovation, diverse perspectives, and, most of all, a relentless determination to help those with rare kidney disease save their kidneys and live their best lives. To be successful, you should have:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field• 2+ years of related experience with marketing, web management, communications, or other related field• Experience working with CMS, preferably WordPress• Experience working with SEO tools, keyword search• Knowledge of bolthires Analytics• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Capable of managing multiple projects and team efforts simultaneously effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines• Enjoy problem-solving and approach tasks with a constructive, can-do attitude• Capable of self-management and can take the initiative on projects with minimal supervision• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as neededYour Responsibilities as the Digital Marketing Manager:Website Management• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the website• Work directly with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the website.• Manage and review all landing page content (Classy, HubSpot, WordPress)• Work closely with external vendors to help oversee website redesign projects, provide staff training as required, and attain expertise in the new website's functionality. SEO• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase web traffic, search ranking of NephCure's website, and keyword research. • Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. • Continually monitor and adapt to SEO trends, exploring potential new strategies to sustain a competitive edgeAnalytics• Use tools like bolthires Analytics to monitor and analyze website performance and digital marketing campaigns, make adjustments, and report to stakeholders.• Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations with the Marketing & Communications team. Digital Strategy Execution• Contribute to developing innovative digital campaigns to drive web traffic and engage the bolthires audience. • Work with and assist the Marketing & Communications team to set and execute an overall digital marketing strategy to drive web traffic. Content Creation• Write engaging and persuasive content to be used across multiple digital platforms. • Copyedit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the organization's messaging.Vendor Management• Manage relationships with external vendors, including website management team, medical writer, and website developers, to ensure various projects and responsibilities are executed.
