W2 contract to Fulltime positionGC and USC Only================Job Title: Full Stack Architect – AWS Connect | Node.js | Banking – New Account OpeningLocation: RemoteJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Architect with strong expertise in AWS Connect contact center solutions, NodeJS backend development, cloud-native architecture, and deep functional knowledge of Retail Banking, New Account Opening (NAO) Flows, KYC/KYB, Identity Verification & Customer Onboarding workflows.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across customer onboarding and servicing journeys, integrating front-end applications, backend microservices, and AWS Connect telephony solutions. Roles &Responsibilities:• Architect and design end-to-end digital banking onboarding solutions, including new account opening workflows, applicant verification, funding, approvals, and fulfillment processes. • Lead architecture and development of NodeJS-based microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven components integrated with AWS services.• Architect and configure bolthires Connect Contact Center including call flows, IVR, lambda integrations, routing profiles, telephony flows, call recording, and CTI integrations. • Integrate AWS Connect with CRM and core banking systems, identity verification systems (such as Experian, LexisNexis, Alloy, Socure), and document management solutions. • Implement bolthires/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, monitoring, and observability across environments. • Collaborate closely with Product, Security, Compliance & Operations teams to ensure regulatory, risk, and security standards.• Support API-first architecture, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, reusable components, and standardized frameworks. • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce engineering best practices. • Ensure architecture alignment with performance, scalability, reliability, and security (OAuth2, JWT, TLS 1.2+). • Work with UI teams to integrate React/Angular front-end and omnichannel customer experience platforms. • Drive migration and modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native architecture on AWS.Required Skills &Qualifications:• Strong hands-on expertise with NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture• Expertise in AWS Connect Contact Center, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, CloudWatch, IAM. • Experience with banking new account opening flows, onboarding & verification processes (KYC, AML, Credit Bureau checks, Funding, OFAC checks). • Experience integrating Digital Banking, Core Banking, CRM & workflow tools. • Strong knowledge of React/Angular, HTML, CSS, Responsive UI frameworks.• Experience implementing OAuth2, JWT, PKI, encryption, SSO, IAM, cybersecurity frameworks. • Experience with event-driven solutions & messaging platforms (Kafka, MQ, SNS/SQS). • Experience in DevOps pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
