We are committed to providing the highest level of quality work and customer service to our clients and referral partners, and we’re looking to add industry-experienced individuals to join our 3(16) fiduciary team!To ensure success in the position as a Distributions Processor with Anchor 3(16), you will receive one-on-one training in all aspects of the fiduciary services offered as well as specialized instructions for the processing position. This position works as a member of a team with a dedicated Manager andSenior Consultant. JobResponsibilities:- Communicate directly with plan participants and beneficiaries and adhere to Company response policies- Review/interpret plan provisions and explain distribution options available to plan participants- Review distribution and loan requests to determine if in good order or if additional information is needed- Review documentation and evaluate participant’s eligibility for financial hardship requests- Coordinate form and vesting review with assigned Retirement Plan Analyst- Update assigned 3(16) Fiduciary Analyst on requests and processing status- Mail distribution forms to participants, as requested- Coordinate delivery of distribution instructions/forms to terminated participants- Monitor terminated participant accounts and ensure forced distributions are processed periodically throughout the year based on specific procedures of the recordkeeper- Submit forms/approvals on various recordkeeping platforms and track status through distribution completion- Update workflow system and tracking logs in a timely “real time” manner- Work directly with TPAs, financial advisors, and other team members on a daily basis to ensure timely processing of requests- Assist with Fiduciary Analysts with lost participants searches, new business setup, and additional plan responsibilities, as neededQualifications:- Two or more years of experience (current) in the retirement plan industry, preferably with plan administration and/or processing distributions and loans for an independent TPA firm- Background knowledge and understanding of qualified defined contribution plan administration and responsibilities, including ERISA and IRS/DOL rules and regulations- Ability to read and interpret Plan Documents as it relates to eligibility determination, distribution options, vesting schedules, etc.- Familiarity with the recordkeeping platforms for major providers in the industry- Proficient with bolthires Office products- Experience with PensionPro or similar workflow tracking system- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and well-organized- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment approach with an eagerness to learnSalary/Benefits:- Competitive salary with PTO and ten (10) paid holidays- Health/dental/vision insurance- Life insurance- Company-sponsored retirement plan- Educational support for ASPPA certifications and on-going CE- Remote, work-from-home position (40 hours/week)-Advancement and growth opportunities available Apply tot his job
