Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Responsibilities: • Review documentation from customers and evaluate whether acceptable based on written guidance.• Update system of record accurately • Respond with applicable information needed for escalation resolution.
