In line with industry transformation, Sales Operations is becoming increasingly strategic. In the semiconductor sector—characterized by supply‑chain complexity, diverse customer segments, and broad product portfolios—Sales Operations plays a central role in enabling predictable growth, operational excellence, and data‑driven decision‑making. Purpose of the Job As an EMEA Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will drive key activities that directly enable the Sales organization. You will own analytics, reporting, forecasting, sales enablement, and process excellence across the region. This role requires a strong data mindset, advanced Power BI expertise, and the ability to build robust queries, data models, and scalable reporting solutions. You will help maximize revenue effectiveness, improve forecast accuracy, and contribute to long‑term strategic planning.. Responsibilities Revenue Management & Sales Effectiveness • Lead the Rolling Revenue Forecast (RFF) and revenue intake/outflow processes with distributors. • Drive the annual planning cycle and regional activity calendar. • Prepare financial and business analyses to ensure targets and actions align with EMEA financial commitments. • Consolidate business risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations. Identify and drive corrective actions to secure short‑term and mid‑term performance. Forecasting & Predictive Analytics • Lead predictive model & statistical analysis • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning • Understand in detail the Emea business and perform value added analytics • leverage Market Intelligence in the forecasting model • Improved ability to foresee future challenges • Improve forecast accuracy leveraging machine learning AI tools Sales Enablement • Maintain a strong customer‑centric approach across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Planning. • Translate customer priorities and business needs into actionable operational plans. • Support Sales leadership with targeted analytics for strategic reviews and account planning Data Management & BI Excellence • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and automated reports driving transparency and efficiency. • Develop and optimize SQL/Teradata queries, DAX and M‑language transformations, and structured datasets. • Ensure data integrity across Customer Master Data and operational systems; track and enforce compliance. • Provide analytics‑backed insights that influence decision‑making and performance improvement. • Recommend architectural and process improvements to enhance data flows and system scalability Process Improvement & Digitalization • Work with Central Sales Operations to harmonize best practices and drive process excellence. • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, standardization, and scalability. • Actively support digitalization initiatives and innovation programs. Prerequisites • Strong knowledge of data structures, relational models, and querying concepts. • Ability to interface across functional areas and influence without authority. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Curiosity, adaptability, analytical rigor, and strong ownership. • Ability to work independently and within multicultural, cross‑functional teams. • Experience in business process management and/or project management. • Semiconductor supply‑chain or market knowledge is a plus Profile • Demonstrated ability to convert complex data into clear business intelligence. • Strong business acumen combined with operational understanding. • Proven track record of effective cross‑functional collaboration. • Highly data‑driven with strong attention to detail and ability to draw conclusions from models. • Strong resilience, ownership, and ability to learn quickly. • Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). • Strong experience with SQL/Teradata, Advanced Excel, Salesforce, and enterprise BI systems. • Ideally 4+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry or related fields.
