Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and modifications of the Warehouse Management Framework, as well as acting as the local contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various teams, including the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, experience with supply chain systems, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Key Responsibilities Support and modify the Warehouse Management Framework, ensuring seamless operations and efficient data processing. Act as the local contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments, facilitating communication and collaboration. Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to implement and support infrastructure that supports the DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change requests. Coordinate with MHE merchants regarding data handling and work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems. Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies, ensuring the integrity and availability of critical data. Serve as a liaison between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Division for issue resolution, providing timely and effective support. Maintain and support all data processing equipment, including printers and terminals, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Support LAN (Local) design, ensuring a stable and secure network infrastructure. Implement all future releases of software, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations. Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, strips, and other materials, and report usage to MIS. Supervise non-exempt staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success. Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. Monitor the performance of the system application, ensuring it is available and accessible to all end-users, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Manage the peripheral connections with the WMS, including Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Oversee and monitor end-user access and privileges, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, using tools such as Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, and other relevant technologies. 2+ years of experience in a supply chain environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and data processing. 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word, with strong data analysis and reporting skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, computer science, or a related discipline. Preferred Qualifications Project management experience, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and teams. Strong technical skills, including experience with supply chain systems, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
