As an Engineering Manager, you will:• Lead and manage a product engineering team with a clear focus on delivery, ownership, and impact• Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time, with scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture• Support engineers through mentorship, coaching, and career development — helping each person grow and succeed• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to align on goals and ensure successful execution• Foster a team culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement• Establish and refine engineering processes that improve delivery speed, system reliability, and team autonomy• Contribute to technical discussions and decisions, ensuring technical context and system thinking are always present• Partner with the Director of Engineering and other Engineering Leaders to shape org-wide practices and team-level performance standardsThis offer from "Hostaway" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 77% flex score.Apply tot his job
