Scope/Purpose of the PositionThe ERP Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within the ERP system and its access. This is a technical position that requires in-depth knowledge of data models, database, and EDI integration and access control in ERP and BI tools. This person will report directly to the Systems & IT Director. Primary daily responsibilities· Create and maintain common data in the ERP and general parameters in the ERP.· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure common data standards are maintained across the organization. · Monitor data quality, identify, and resolve data integrity issues. · Develop and implement data validation and verification processes. · Maintain and update EDI integration to ensure seamless data flow between the ERP system and external systems. · Implement and maintain data models on the BI tool to ensure data consistency and integrity. · Write basic SQL sentences to enhance use of BI data models.· Create and manage access control to the functions and data on ERP and BI tool. · Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data security and privacy policies are followed. · Ensure high availability of licenses for users on the ERP and BI tool. Position's requirements- Happy and Smiley! - Proactive, great attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Knowledge of ERP systems: experience working with ERP systems and understand the fundamentals of how they operate.- Access control: experience creating and managing access control to functions and data on ERP and BI tools. Be able to test and ensure proper access. - Data management skills: experience working with data management tools and have knowledge of data quality and data integrity concepts. - Proficient in SQL and database management:The candidate should have experience writing basic SQL sentences to enhance the use of BI data models. - Knowledge of EDI integration: experience with EDI integration processes and have knowledge of external systems.- Experience creating and implementing data models to support analysis and reporting. - Experience with IT helpdesk or customer support. -Advanced experience with MS Excel (formulas, Vlookups, pivot tables, macro etc.). Physical AbilitiesFrequent sitting, standing, or walking much of the time with some bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and climbing stairs.
