At NexCore, we're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Employee Engagement coordinator to support our senior level executives and employee engagement programs. NexCore is a private equity backed building services group with over 15 locations in the US. Overview The Executive Assistant / Employee Engagement Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership while actively fostering employee engagement initiatives within the organization to promote a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Administrative Support: • Manage calendars, schedules, and correspondence for senior executives. • Plans, schedules, and coordinates meetings; prepares and distributes agendas. • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports. • Assist with preparing presentations and reports. • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. • Timely completion and submission of expense reporting. - Employee Engagement: • Plan and implement employee engagement activities, events, and programs. • Act as a liaison between leadership and staff to promote open communication. • Gather employee feedback through surveys and focus groups and analyze results to recommend improvements. • Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture and morale. - Additional Duties: • Maintain confidential information with discretion. • Assist in onboarding and orientation activities. • Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities The Coordinator works collaboratively with members of the team but has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field or any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an executive support or project management role. • Demonstrated skills applying Employee Engagement best practices. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) • Must be assertive and comfortable speaking up. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
