About the positionResponsibilities• Provide secretarial and executive support to the Warden. • Act as a liaison between the Warden's Office and department heads, staff, and external stakeholders. • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental programs and policies. • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. • Manage confidential and sensitive information related to the facility and its operations. Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent education. • Five years of administrative support experience, including two years at an advanced level (Secretary E8 or Legal Secretary E8) or one year at a Secretary 9 level.• Proficiency in using personal computers for preparing correspondence, reports, and data management. Nice-to-haves• Experience in a correctional facility or similar environment. • Knowledge of state government operations and procedures.
