As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will be the architect of our growth engine - responsible for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue and scale our business globally. You’ll work directly with the CEO and executive team to shape the future of AltexSoft, driving sustainable growth through data-driven decisions, market insight, and bold leadership. You Have • Proven success in revenue leadership in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment • A track record of scaling revenue through strategic planning, product innovation, and market expansion • Deep expertise in sales, marketing, and customer success, with a strong grasp of modern revenue operations • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with P&L ownership and business strategy execution. Would be a plus • Background in scaling teams across multiple geographies • Exposure to TravelTech, FinTech, or related industries.
