With a growing customer base and a strong product roadmap, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us shape the future of senior living care. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support over the phone, via email, and through our ticketing system. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, provide product expertise, and contribute to company-wide initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide customer service over the phone, via email, and through arenaflex's ticketing system, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Follow best practices for resolving tickets, including: + Clarifying the customer's reason for a support request + Determining the cause of any problems + Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Expediting correction or adjustment + Following up to ensure resolution * Maintain customer records by updating account information in HubSpot * Follow best practices for documentation in arenaflex's ticketing system * Contribute to company-wide initiatives, such as: + Adopting new technologies + Updating product documentation + Providing support for launching new products * Become a product expert, providing product enhancement ideas to our Product Management team * Contribute to team goals by accomplishing related tasks accurately and in a timely manner * Participate in arenaflex's rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support if needed after standard business hours * Consistently meet performance metrics and KPIs **Requirements** * Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment * Software experience: Experience with eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies is preferred * Strong problem-solving capabilities: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively * Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Bachelor or Associate's degree: Preferred, but not required * Remote work environment: Ability to work from home in a compliant and secure environment * Work Hours / Schedule: + Regular work hours: 10:30 am CT (8:30 am PT, 9:30 am MT, 11:30 am ET) to 7:00 pm CT (5:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm MT, 8:00 pm ET), Monday through Friday + Support team members are required to participate in the on-call/after-hours rotational schedule **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge SaaS solution in the senior living industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship * Flexible work schedule and remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.
