Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As an experienced Airport Customer Service Representative and Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of customer baggage and cargo. Some of your daily tasks will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections. Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customer destinations. Work Environment and Scheduling As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will work in a fast-paced airport environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. Scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts may range from early morning to overnight. You can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority and the needs of the station. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States. Valid driver's license. Proficiency in English. Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
