Key Responsibilities: Sell and service a variety of insurance policies in a supportive inside sales environment, leveraging your knowledge of insurance products and services to meet the needs of our customers. Provide exceptional service by clearly explaining the features and benefits of various policies, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Liaise with underwriters to bind coverage and handle administrative tasks like paperwork and policy renewals, ensuring seamless and efficient processing of customer requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and policyholders, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services. Adapt to changing workloads and competing demands while overcoming objections and closing sales, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field. Customer Service or Insurance Sales Experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills and expertise. Valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required), with a commitment to obtaining and maintaining relevant licenses and certifications. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
