Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing a wide range of topics including application processes, billing issues, product problems, and general client concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized support and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to FDCPA, FCRA, and other federal, state, and client guidelines. Key Responsibilities Answer all questions and guide borrowers through the application process, ensuring a seamless and informative experience Update consumers' account information during and after each call, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Identify payment options and setup payment arrangements as appropriate, providing personalized solutions to meet our clients' needs Initiate effective outbound calls and receive inbound calls, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service Produce and arrange payment solutions for customers, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently Provide account updates to management as appropriate, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned Ensure client/arenaflex quality standards are met, consistently delivering high-quality service and support Work assigned group of accounts, managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong relationships Assure the best interests of arenaflex are maintained, prioritizing our clients' needs and expectations Provide management with information on any suspected work or personnel problems, contributing to a positive and productive work environment Participate in continued training in UDAAP and compliance policies, staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service billing experience being a significant plus Basic Microsoft Office applications skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen as permitted by law, ensuring a safe and secure work environment Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with management, subordinates, and clients Excellent computer skills, with a working knowledge of billing practices and techniques Ability to handle problems and demonstrate problem-solving ability, thinking critically and creatively A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation with management and coworkers, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a billing or financial services environment Basic knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, and other federal, state, and local laws and regulations Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
