About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.
